submitted by Kurt I. - |Recommended: YesInitial Review — Parking is first come first serve. Move in process was smooth. Apartment had ants on move in though. They were quickly exterminated. Otherwise, space was clean with fresh appliances. Unexpected perks included two ceiling fans with lights, outside storage, and an ice maker in the fridge. Smart air conditioning allowed phased temperature control.

submitted by Victor P. - |Recommended: YesHappy Resident — The move in was fast as I needed to get unloaded and get uhaul back, so thank you and maintenance was waiting to help us with anything and all that we needed while moving in. I love the location the small back yard and of course all the office staff, you guys are awesome. I would recommend this property to anyone. Forgot to add great amenities. Thank you all for the warm welcome.
