submitted by Cody U. - |Recommended: YesLandscaping — The apartment community is beautiful overall, and I enjoy living here. However, the landscaping throughout the property needs significant improvement. Many areas have lost their soil, exposing the black landscaping tarp underneath. There are also sprinkler pipes sticking out in several places, and many of the bushes and plants appear overgrown and poorly maintained. I have lived at other apartment communities where the landscaping was consistently well-kept, making the property feel clean, welcoming, and enjoyable. I would love to see this community reach that same standard. Another concern is pet waste. Unfortunately, many dog owners do not pick up after their pets. I recently found dog waste that had been left long enough for maggots to develop around it. As a dog owner myself, I always pick up after my dog—not just because it's required, but because it's the responsible thing to do and helps keep the community clean and safe for everyone, including other pets. Leftover pet waste can attract pests and potentially spread illness to other dogs. I hope management will consider improving the landscaping and finding ways to better address the ongoing pet waste issue. These changes would make a noticeable difference in the appearance, cleanliness, and overall quality of the community.

As many Central Texas communities have experienced, the extreme weather conditions in the Austin area—including prolonged heat, drought, and periods of heavy rainfall—have presented challenges in maintaining healthy landscaping and ground cover. That said, we continue to work closely with our landscaping partners to restore affected areas, replace vegetation where needed, and improve the overall appearance of the community. We also appreciate you bringing attention to the pet waste concern. We strive to provide pet waste stations throughout the property and regularly remind residents of their responsibility to clean up after their pets. While we cannot control the actions of individual pet owners, we agree that keeping the community clean is a shared responsibility, and we will continue reinforcing our pet policies through resident communications. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We appreciate residents like you who care about our community and help us identify opportunities for continued improvement.

Maintenance issues are slim-to-none and have always been fixed in a timely manner if something should break. Neighbors are pleasant, sometimes a little loud but I've experienced worse. I wish the gym had upgraded equipment but other than that- nothing negative to mention
