|Recommended: YesJust moved from California — This is the first apartment I have had in Texas. I highly recommend this place for people who are new to town. The staff is so kind, and the maintenance crew is very sweet. I live on the third floor and have 0 noise complaints. I love the amazon lockers as well, they make me feel secure when I am not home. Overall I love living here and would consider renewing my lease.

|Recommended: YesLiving at Park Estancia — I have just moved in and could not be happier, the unit was ready, and the move in was smooth. The one thing I did notice was how quiet it was and the how pleasant everyone I met was. The only thing I did notice was the poop left on the grass by dogs and the fact that someone's dog pooped right next to the dog station and they still did not pick it up as well as the trash can in the dog park overflowing and garbage on the ground due to this.

Only complaint is when calling in, when the office staff isnt available the off site people who answer phones literally know nothing. they cant answer any questions. I'd honestly rather be sent to a voicemail than given the false hope of someone picking up and then not being able to help in anyway.

|Recommended: YesBEST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED — This has been a great experience in the past 2 months I've lived here. It is my first apartment on my own and I have felt so safe and every time I've had a problem Kristin and Daniel have gotten back to be really quick.

|Recommended: YesPark at Estancia feels homey and serene — I really like living here, it is close to target, HEB, and a lot of other restaurants and stores. It has easy and quick access to I-35 and it is only a short drive to Austin and San Marcos. The maintenance staff is very fast and helpful, I think the front office staff is also very polite and helpful and I have had good experiences with them. I have a reserved spot so I don't have problems with parking but it seems that at night it can be difficult to find a parking spot. The gym and common areas are very nice, they have pelotons. I really like the parcel pending lockers, they are convenient and easy to use. I like that there are a lot of families here and it is not at all a messy or loud complex. It is also dog friendly, which might be nice for some people. I have a cat who likes to watch the dogs play at the dog park. I do wish there was a little better water pressure in the shower. It would also be nice if the windows of my apartment were thicker because I-35 is just right outside so I think that would help block out the noise. The pros largely outweigh the cons though and I have very much enjoyed living here. I love the areas, the amenities, and the community.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property — Its been two months here and it is going extremely well. I relocated from out of state and the staff has made this transition absolutely stress free. This apartment complex t is amazing, I am beyond speechless to be honest. The property is clean and the neighbors are wonderful. I know I already mentioned , but the staff omg they are phenomenal, understanding, welcoming and always go above and beyond for you.

|Recommended: NoCould be better but not bad — Buy a covered parking spot because the parking here is terrible. Also don't plan on using the pool due to vandalism and the complex forcing it closed due to the pandemic . Instead of letting people choose to use the pool, gym etc. the forced them closed. Also you have to pay the maintenance fees even though you don't get to use the facilities. Pretty great.
Hi Lonnie and thank you for taking the time to write this review. While it is less than stellar, we appreciate every opportunity to improve. It is true that we recently had to temporarily close the pool due to vandalism. It was a difficult decision to make, but was done so with only the welfare of our residents in mind. We are diligently working towards getting the necessary repairs completed so that we can open the area for your safe enjoyment! |Recommended: NoCould be better with the right management — I would tell them I don't know. There are alot of Cons to living here. There is little to no parking. I am a firm believer if one someone has 6 cars and taking all the parking spots they should pay for a car port or garage. The halls are dirty. The dog park fence always breaks and never gets fixed. Pool apparently is always closed down maybe add a no kids sign or no outsiders . and the worst are all the damns fees. I don't wanna pay a 7 convenience fee if I'm already paying 100 in other fees. Such a beautiful place but poor management. Only pros I can think of are some of the nice amenities they have and the people who live here are very friendly. other than that I rate yall a 5 10
