Allowed Pets
Up to 1 bird , 2 cats , 2 dogs allowed.
Weight limits: 10 lbs per bird , 100 lbs per cat , 100 lbs per dog
Pet Types
We allow up to two animals per apartment. The individual animal weight limit is 100 pounds. An animal deposit of $200 per home and a non-refundable animal fee of $200 per animal are required. $15 monthly pet rent. All pets are subject to a Pet Interview with the office staff. No exotic animals. Please contact the office if you have any questions.
