|Recommended: NoIts Ok — I live on the first floor, and can hear EVERYTHING from the tenants that are above me.. Do not believe thing to have been taken care of in a timely manner. I do not believe that I would recommend this to a friend. I am ready for my rent to be up in August. The price is not work the hassle that has been caused the past couple months. When something happens to your apartment they dont give you updates they just let you walk in after a weekend of being gone to your apartment TORN apart.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Community — Is really an amazing place to live , for a big difference is the most beautiful apartment complex in South Austin Area , The design of the buildings are amazing , they are all different and when they building the complex they were very careful with the environment and nature, the oaks give a unique shadow and beauty to this place and make the buildings part of the beautiful landscape, if That is why we add the incredible design of an interior, the resort-style pool under the shadows of all the trees , the gym and amenities and a great team in the office that make everything flow naturally and take care of the least issue that residents have almost immediately, I have only 2 complains , one is the parking space are horrible and is not enough for the persona that live in some buildings and the worse thing is the soundproofing because walls are very thinner and you can hear everything and you can’t put any kind of music because your neighbors will put a complain .

|Recommended: YesConvenient To My Job And Shopping. — The complex is clean, well maintained and with the exception of one very loud neighbor, is relatively quiet. I really cannot speak to the parking, because I rent a carport. There is a wonderful dog park and the pool and fitness room are well maintained. All in all, I do enjoy living at the Park.
